The timezoneClock is a flash animation with customizable an appearance and a time shift. The timezoneClock emulates a clock with a minor inaccuracy what allows to reduce the traffic, to skip a client settings of the time, to show an independent appearance of a browser, to configure by server side settings.

It calculates time depending on a time shift.
It prevents superfluous calls to the server side.
It skips possibly false time settings on the client side
Appearance of it is independent of a browser.
It calculates time depending on a time shift.
it reduces the traffic.
In case of repeated use it reduces the traffic.
It adapts through settings.

You can initial time by two different ways:

Generate a file with timestamp inside
Include the timestamp into your html code

The most browsers does not reload a flash animation by refreshing page. Accordingly:

First way is used if you generate a web page for quite long period of time and/or a user have a reason to refresh it often. Setting for this mode is "intialStampURL".

Second way is used if you generate a web page for short time and/or a user do not have a reason to refresh it. Setting for this mode is "intialStamp".

If accidentally you use both of settings (intialStampURL, intialStamp). The timezoneClock will define initial time according on stamp in file what defined by intialStampURL.
